We are a trade only company and do not sell direct to the general public. All our products are sold through our many retailers (all of whom can be found on our retailers page found here and whilst we always try our best to fullfill any requests we receieve, all general public contact should be made through the retailer that you purchased your products from.

We are not set up to provide a high level of support to the general public and as such would not want to dissapoint any user of our products, with a lower level of support than they would get by goiung through your retailer. Your retailer will be able to offer a much higher level of support to any of the general public and we are here to help and support those retailers in any queries they cannot facilitate or help with.
